Place salmon in a large ziploc handbag and put in marinade; refrigerate for one hour (no more). While salmon is marinating it is possible to prepare the cucumber noodle salad: In a big bowl, whisk together garlic clove, ginger, sesame essential oil, soy sauce, water and honey, if using.
